CEO & Co-Founder, INLIBRIUM
ABOUT
Hardi Põder
Hardi Põder is the co-founder of INLIBRIUM, a six-month, medically supervised program that combines psychedelic-assisted therapy, advanced psychotherapy, DNA-based health optimization, and executive coaching for founders and executives.
Before INLIBRIUM, Hardi spent ~20 years building nine companies across agriculture, IT, retail, and biotech — including the world's largest outdoor medicinal mushroom plantation — and leading sales teams of more than 600 across Scandinavia and the US. The cost was a collapse he didn't see coming.
Active in the psychedelic field since 2016 as both investor and practitioner, he participated in over a hundred group retreats before reaching an uncomfortable conclusion: the experiences were extraordinary, and the change didn't last. The missing piece wasn't a better molecule — it was everything around it: preparation, medical supervision, psychotherapy, and months of integration. In 2021 he co-founded INLIBRIUM with Monika Jakobson to build that missing piece.
Hardi writes and speaks about what the $2 billion psychedelic industry gets wrong, why high performers make the most dangerous psychedelic consumers, and what leadership looks like when you stop performing it.
He has appeared on Locked Up Living, The Virtual Campfire, Wired for Success, NAKED Podcast, and others.
