Psychedelic-assisted therapy combines carefully supervised psychedelic sessions with structured psychological and physical preparation + integration before and after. At Inlibrium it is one component of a six-month program — not the product itself. Each residential includes two professionally facilitated sessions embedded in months of psychotherapy, health work and executive coaching. The experience opens a door; the months of integration around it are what create lasting change.
The three residential weeks take place at our private site in Jamaica, where psilocybin is not a prohibited substance and psychedelic-assisted work can be conducted openly and legally. The rest of the six-month program — preparation, testing, integration and coaching — happens online, wherever you are.
The program is built for founders, CEOs and senior leaders who have won the external game but are quietly asking “Is this it?” It is not for anyone seeking a quick fix, a weekend breakthrough or an escape. It demands time, honesty and real work over six months. If you want a feel-good retreat, this isn’t it. If you’re ready to do the work, it may be.
Every client passes a two-part eligibility assessment before acceptance: a psychiatric screening that rules out contraindications for psychedelic therapy, and a medical review covering bloodwork, cardiovascular and renal markers, blood pressure, history and medications. During residentials you are supported by a team of 4–5 experts, with two facilitators present in every psychedelic session and 24/7 staff on site.
Six months, four phases.
Prework: founder calls plus psychiatric and medical eligibility assessment.
Preparation: psychotherapy, executive coaching, health consultations, and a full testing panel — DNA, gut health, hormones, metabolic markers, biological age.
Residentials: three seven-day private residentials in Jamaica, each followed by weeks of structured integration — weekly psychotherapy and health calls, bi-weekly coaching.
The program closes with a consolidation phase and a final meeting with the founders.
A retreat gives you only an experience; we build the sustainable transformation around it. You cannot resolve a lifetime of patterns in a weekend — the breakthrough that isn’t integrated wears off in months. Inlibrium surrounds every psychedelic session with hundreds of hours of 1:1 work from a dedicated psychiatrist or psychologist, health expert and executive/conscious leadership coach across six months. The door is not the destination. Integration is everything.
Fully, in an unprecedentedly individualised format. There is no one-size-fits-all standardised protocol, path or dose. Your program is designed around your psychiatric and medical assessment, your full diagnostic panel (DNA, hormones, metabolic and biological-age testing) and your goals. Three core experts work with you throughout: a personal psychiatrist/psychologist, a personal health expert and a personal Conscious Leadership coach — supported by additional specialists during your three private residentials.
Discretion is structural and formalized, not just promised. We work with a small number of clients per year, residentials are private — one client at a time, with a dedicated staff of seven — and contracts include strict confidentiality. Client stories are published only with explicit written consent. Many of our clients are public figures; protecting their privacy is a precondition of the work, not an afterthought.
A growing body of clinical research — including trials at Johns Hopkins and Imperial College London, published in The New England Journal of Medicine — shows psilocybin-assisted therapy can produce significant, lasting improvements in depression, anxiety and wellbeing when combined with preparation and integration. Recent research published in Nature’s npj Aging suggests psilocybin may even influence cellular aging and longevity. Our clinical leads have decades of experience in psychedelic research and clinical trials. We don’t promise magic: we apply evidence, screening and structure to work that research increasingly supports.
They make the program measurable instead of anecdotal. Before your first residential we map your baseline: DNA, gut health, hormone panel, metabolic markers, biological age, fatty-acid index and heavy metals, plus continuous biometric tracking. Your personal health expert uses this data to build your personalized lifestyle (including nutrition, sleep and recovery) protocols — and to measure what actually changed by the end of the program.
The goal is not just lifespan but healthspan: bio-individual biomarker optimisation so you don’t only live longer — you live and lead better.
No. Most of our clients come with little or no experience — what matters is psychological and medical eligibility, which we assess before acceptance. Preparation sessions build understanding and readiness long before the first residential, and every session is guided by two experienced facilitators. Prior experience is neither required nor an advantage; readiness to do honest work is.
It begins with a private conversation with the founders — an unhurried call to understand where you are, what you’re looking for, and whether there is mutual fit. No pitch, no pressure; we accept a limited number of clients per year and mutual fit matters more to us than filling places. If we both feel it’s right, the eligibility assessment follows.
