What a private psychedelic program for executives actually includes

A private psychedelic program for executives should include more than the sessions: psychiatric and medical screening before acceptance, a measured health baseline, a clinical team that is there for one person, and months of structured work afterward. At INLIBRIUM that means six months, three private seven-day residencies in Jamaica, three core experts who stay with you throughout, and a full diagnostic panel measured at the start and again at the end.

This page lists what is in the program, line by line, so you can compare it with anything else you are considering. What it does not list is a price, and the reason is explained below.

The short answers

The short answers

What does a private psychedelic program include?

At INLIBRIUM: a two-part eligibility assessment, a full testing panel, three seven-day residencies in Jamaica with you as the only client, about 50 to 60 online one-to-one sessions with your three core experts, and a final measurement and meeting with the founders. Graduates are invited into a private community of leaders who have done the same work. The full structure is on our program page.

How many psychedelic sessions are there?

Six: two psilocybin sessions in each of the three residencies. Two trained facilitators stay in the room for the whole of every session, and a dual board-certified nurse practitioner is physically on site throughout each residency. The sessions are one part of the program, not the product itself.

Who works with you, and for how long?

Three core experts stay with you for the full six months: a psychiatrist or psychologist (20–24 online sessions), a health expert (20–24 online sessions) and a leadership coach (10–12 online sessions), each also present at all three residencies. More specialists join during the residencies, where a team of four to five experts is on site.

What is tested?

Your health expert chooses the tests after screening, based on your health, history and goals, so no one takes every test. The panel can include genetics, gut health, hormones, metabolism, biological age, bloodwork, fatty acids and heavy metals, a brain SPECT scan at the start and the end, and daily tracking of sleep and recovery for all six months. The laboratories behind each test are listed in our FAQ.

What happens in a residency?

Seven days at a private full-service site in Jamaica, with no other clients, no reception and no public booking record. Around the two sessions, the days are spent on one-to-one work with your psychologist, health expert and coach, somatic practice such as yoga, breathwork, meditation and massage, and time in nature. Every member of staff signs a non-disclosure agreement that does not expire.

What happens between residencies?

Weekly psychotherapy and health calls, and coaching every second week, online and wherever you are. Month four is often where early clarity fades and old patterns return under pressure; the weekly structure is there for exactly that. The program is designed to run alongside a working life.

What does it cost?

The program is priced per client, so there is no list price to publish. The fee depends on what your situation needs, when your three residencies take place, how many experts are involved and how many online integration and coaching hours are added. We discuss it in the first call with the founders. More on what determines the cost.

What is not included?

A promise. No one can guarantee what a psychedelic session will bring, and we do not claim the program treats any condition. It is also not for everyone: some people are declined at screening, and that is what screening is for. If you are looking for treatment for depression, that conversation belongs with a psychiatrist first.

Included, from first call to final measurement

  1. Before you travel

Calls with the founders, a psychiatric screening and a medical review, then your testing panel and the first online sessions with your three experts.

  1. Each residency

Seven days at a private site in Jamaica, two psilocybin sessions with two facilitators in the room throughout, a nurse practitioner on site, and daily one-to-one work.

  1. Between residencies

Weekly psychotherapy and health calls, coaching every second week, and personalized protocols for nutrition, sleep and recovery built on your results.

  1. At the end

The full diagnostic panel measured again, so the change shows in the numbers as well as in how you live, and a final meeting with the founders.

  1. Afterward

An invitation to a private community of leaders who have done the same work.

How to start

1. A private conversation. An unhurried call with the founders about where you are and what you are looking for. No pitch, no pressure. Pricing is discussed here.

2. The eligibility assessment. A psychiatric screening and a medical review. Some people are declined.

3. Your program begins. Your testing panel and first sessions start online, and your first residency is scheduled.
