Dr. Henry brings extensive expertise in neuropsychology, executive coaching, behavioral medicine, and evidence-based psychotherapy to the process of psychedelic preparation, journey facilitation, and integration. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a sophisticated understanding of cognition, neurobiology, nervous-system functioning, and behavioral change. She completed a year-long psychedelic-assisted therapy training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute encompassing preparation, medicine-session support, integration, ethics, and ketamine-, psilocybin-, and MDMA-assisted psychotherapy, and is an Oregon-licensed psilocybin facilitator.
Dr. Henry’s work sits at the intersection of psychological health, human performance, and transformational experience. Her years with the U.S. Navy SEAL teams put her alongside elite operators carrying the cumulative physical and psychological cost of sustained high performance. It was there, in 2018, that her interest in psychedelic medicine began: operators were increasingly exploring new approaches to healing from years of high operational tempo while seeking to preserve, and often expand, their capacity to perform. That experience shaped her commitment to the thoughtful use of psychedelic medicine, not simply for symptom reduction, but as a catalyst for psychological flexibility, insight, meaning, and personal growth.
At INLIBRIUM, Dr. Henry takes primary responsibility for the psychological work before and after the residencies, across the six-month program. She works in close coordination with the program’s medical, health, neurological, and leadership specialists, so that each client is understood as one person rather than as a collection of separate problems.
Her work is particularly well suited to people accustomed to operating at a high level who are looking for something beyond conventional self-optimization: a carefully held opportunity to examine the patterns, identities, relationships, and questions that emerge when achievement alone is no longer the endpoint.
