For leaders whose responsibility can make it difficult to see the full field, Philippe Vignon brings the perspective of an executive who has led through growth, organizational change, and competing stakeholder demands. As INLIBRIUM’s Partner & Leadership Advisor, he helps clients look closely at the decisions, relationships, and routines through which leadership is experienced by others. His contribution is advisory and non-clinical, grounded in practical executive experience rather than clinical assessment or treatment.
Philippe’s career spans more than 25 years in aviation, media, tourism, and education. He was CEO of Geneva Tourism & Conventions from 2010 to 2018, where he rebuilt core workflows and led strategy design and implementation for the organization. Previously, as CEO of Edipresse Digital and a member of the group’s corporate management board, he developed its worldwide digital strategy during a period of structural change. At easyJet Switzerland, he served on the board and held senior commercial roles across Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and Eastern Europe. Since 2018, his management and advisory mandates have included interim leadership, change management, mentoring, and executive advisory work.
In the six-month program, Philippe creates a confidential setting to examine how responsibility is being carried and how choices affect colleagues and teams. He works in close coordination with INLIBRIUM colleagues, contributing a leadership lens while respecting the boundaries of each discipline.
His reference point is servant leadership: listening before acting, clarifying direction, removing obstacles, and making room for others to own their work. He favors neither performance nor prescription. For Philippe, durable leadership rests on the disciplined alignment of judgment, conduct, and accountability.
